Anyone sent in their Pitt application yet?

My DD sent her app in on August 1. Got an email yesterday to set up her Pitt portal. Now showing as “Awaiting Decision.”

How many days after app submission did you get an email for portal set up? My son sent on Aug 6, haven’t received yet. Good luck!
5 days after submission.
8/1 submitted Common app and STARS
8/5 those were linked
8/6 portal activation email & app under review

Are they prompted to complete STARS after submitting via Common App? Or is it part of completing the Common App step for Pitt?
(My older kid applied to Pitt, but it’s amazing how much you forget in two years!)
If using common app - they need to create a STARS account using the same email as the Common App.
Then fill out STARS and choose Pitt and submit.
It will take a few days for the STARS and Common app to link up.

How do you know if they were linked?
STARS shows whether it has linked to the school
hello @gemeagles . My D also used Pitt app and STARS. We paid for the fee and She submitted Pitt app…
Inside STARS, it also show that she has “submitted” the STARS app.. but in the college section of STARS, it was still showing the Univ of Pitts status as incomplete even though she submitted Pitt app and fee… Do you recall if that sounds about right? When does the “incomplete” status change? (is it when portal activation email shows up?) thanks for the help! This process is confusing to us.. 
It takes a day for the STARS to link with the Pitt app. The portal account invite was sent 4 days later.

8/8, shows complete and submitted on STARS
8/11 Pitt portal email
8/11 Awaiting decision on portal
(SAT was sent 7/28)

Anyone know how long it takes for college board to send scores and for Pitt to receive? Stars and common app received 8/11 and portal activated on 8/12.
7/28 SAT ordered from college board
8/5 scores sent by college board
8/8 scores received by Pitt
10 days for us.
I thinks it may depend…
Aug 9: My D ordered scores (standard not rushed) from College board to be sent to Pitts
Aug 12: College board dashboard changed “pending” state to “Sent” state.
Not sure if Pitts downloaded the scores though…(not sure how to find that date out. we don’t have the Pitts portal email yet)
