Just got an email saying Iām a candidate for the Handler Scholarshipā¦ email said:
āYouāve been selected as a candidate for a full scholarship! Your AMAZING combination of accomplishments, extraordinary academic achievement, and personal character really wowed us. We want to offer you an opportunity to compete for Rochesterās Handler Scholarshipāour most prestigious, highest value award.ā
Does this mean Iām in?

All the finalists have been notified. I call the office of undergraduate admissions, and they simply did not notify people who were not selected as Handler scholars, which I found weird since we would have liked to know that we were not selected, right?
you can only select one college as receiving school. that school will get notify.
you can pick the school before 3/11 in order to know the new merit number.
If you already pick a school, the notify will send to the school on 3/1.
