Yep! cv is Cornelius Vanderbilt. Carell scholarship is also a merit scholarship in vandy, and I guess maybe it is more difficult to receive carell cuz only a few students receive it(maybe 10?)

I did. They are just asking for documents itâs just standard I wouldnât look into it

I also got the email from financial aid office, they asked to complete financial aid checklist. My CSS profile was not submitted, maybe thatâs why I got it? is it a good sign?

Itâs financial aid. FA office and admissions are separate. Canât read into things like that
I heard getting emails from Financial aid is kinda good? Not particularly for Vanderbilt though. Also my application was incomplete as I was not able to afford to pay application fees. (Scoir does not provide fee waiver for internationals) So I thought Vanderbilt would withdraw my application [ as in case with NorthWestern] But Vanderbilt has waived off my application fees on 2nd Feb.
This makes me so delusional ahh!
Does that mean you will hear if you receive any scholarship before you even know your RD result?
