We figured it out (maybe) - with the help of @feverish1 - looks like we have an extra app (Terra Dora) even though WE SHOULDN’T since it looks to be for new international students and I can confirm we are not international and in Wisconsin haha.

That’s html code. Not a tell. accept-language tells the server what language and region the user prefers, if I’m not mistaken.
