<p>^ I know that a friend of D1s did something similar for WA, which has a 7 credit limit and permits over that with a required level of work:</p>

Students must prove conclusively that they have not come to Washington State primarily for educational purposes. Current guidelines require students who are enrolled for 7 credits or more a quarter must be employed at least 30 hours per week at a non-student job to overcome the presumption of educational purposes.

Western Undergraduate Exchange scholarships will not be offered to new students entering after the fall of 2012.</p>

<p>Past WUE scholarship offers to student will be honored. In order to maintain eligibility for the award, WUE recipients must:</p>

<p>maintain enrollment in a declared WUE-eligible major/program
maintain a cumulative UO GPA of 3.0 or above
maintain academic progress for degree completion
Awards are renewable for a total of 12 terms (fall, winter, spring only), which must be completed within 5 years from the time of initial enrollment.
