Does anyone know if Penn will be sending any more likely letters?
@randomstudentt I contacted the UPenn admissions office earlier this month and they said that the school doesn’t send likely letters to anybody except for nursing applicants and athletes. So, in that case, the vast majority of applicants will not get likely letters.
I don’t even think nursing students got likely letters this year because I know several high achieving people who applied to the nursing school this year and haven’t heard back. There’s no sign of nursing likely letters on CC or reddit either.
An email just went out from Penn about the decision notification date (7 p.m. on 03/26/2020).
I have just received this email too. Does your say “We have enjoyed getting to know you through this process” too? Does it mean something?
I am sure they have sent the same email to all applicants.
Yes. I think that every applicant gets this email.
Probably just sent to everyone due to questions about Ivy day being pushed back because of covid-19 issues. Good luck to everyone with all remaining decisions
When you open the portal, is it simply a yellow highlighted message about decisions being released on the 26th? Is it normal not to have other information on the portal anymore? Is this a bad sign?
I have the same message. I think Penn just closes the portal for everyone until the time when the decisions are released, so it shouldn’t mean anything.
got a very short email from Penn as a reminder of next Thursday… “We have enjoyed getting to know you through this process,” kind of cryptic but ok!
on reddit they are speculating whether the time the email was sent correlated to acceptance and the number of serious comments in the thread is so funny
I also got same email with wordings.

Dartmouth and Harvard show the link. I never saw the admitted link for UPenn… 
Not sure if it’s okay to do this inspect stuff. I also don’t know how to do it and don’t really want to so at this point, I’m just going to wait! Good luck everyone!
@aarybalkar btw for Dartmouth it doesn’t mean anything. They have a link to the admitted students website under Apply at the top of the page. I don’t think it means anything for Harvard either. Looking more closely at the code, I don’t think the html would give away any hints.
the code definitely won’t give away any hints. it was just fun speculation, it happens every year. only a few days until we’ll know anyway!
