@DabOnEm12 I @misssunshineee I emailed them and they said “We do not track reception of “other” letters of recommendation. We have received your third letter of recommendation”, so it is safe to assume that yes, they have received it.

well in China, the decision release time is 12.10 4am, and I’m going to a concert on 12.9 evening. So I think I won’t be able to sleep after the concert, and then eagerly waiting for Penn’s result
