<p>Wow, haven’t been on CC in a while. I’m at PSU honors college this fall. I was waitlisted then rejected by Penn this spring(freshman application). I have 34 ACT, I was 8th in my class and I’m actually coming into college with ~50 credits from all the APs I took. I’m looking to transfer into CAS, either as math or mathematical econ. I still really want to go to Penn and I know I will do well there, do you think since I was watlisted I would have a better shot if I apply this may, or am I going to have to wait another year?</p>
