<p>Other quibbles: the you tube videos are not among the best way to learn math. Supplement the blue book with vides from sat quantum instead, or books like PWN the SAT, something by Dr. Steve or the P. Keller book. For CR, you’ll get much more out of The Critical Reader than Direct Hits, especially with a 2 week timeframe. Direct Hits covers only vocabulary, a small part of the overall test. I do like the Writing advice, although I’d buy Erica’s full book if possible rather than just using the internet abridged version of it.</p>
<p>Scarlett, I asked you about results because people have very different standards of success and I was legitimately curious about yours. For example, can you be more specific about “substantially”? Questioning is not an attack, its what happens on these forums when people are trying to understand the suggestions of others.</p>
