Urgent: Wells Fargo Overdraft Fee Help

sounds like a bogus phishing email to me. I routinely forward these types of emails to the appropriate email address. The bank often replies to my email confirming that the email I forwarded to them was a phishing scam.

In your case, you can forward the email to:

reportphish@wellsfargo.com

Sounds like phishing all right. Immediately tell your sister not to send ANY information and not to respond at ALL via email. Go in to your branch and get it straightened out. And get your own account while you are at it.

I went to Wells Fargo today and there was a problem with the computer system. It was an overdraft fee from a few months ago that they sent late. It’s all okay right now. I’m still going to take my money out of WF and go to a credit union. Thanks for all your advice and I’m definitely not getting another joint account with anyone.
