<p>Richmond will meet 100% of demonstrated need. Need = Cost of Attendance - Expected Family Contribution. If you have a brother in college it will reduce your family contribution for both of you. The sister in the private school won’t help you. If you apply ED and are accepted, you will get an estimated financial aid package. I believe that if the package is not sufficient you can retract your admission. That may be something you want to bring up during the information session.</p>
<p>The interview can be good and it certainly is worthwhile if you would like some one on one discussion with a student. It just doesn’t weigh into the admission process.</p>
<p>Get your guidance counsellor or a teacher to review your essay but make sure you keep it YOUR essay.</p>
