<p>I guess everybody on these threads tends to forget about “innocent until proven guilty.”
The authorities seem to think there was not enough evidence to charge the kid w/ rape … . disregarding this fact, it seems that some would just as soon assume they know better than those who have full knowledge of available facts.</p>
<p>The party has not happened. You want to report the “possibility” that this party “might” happen and that an applicant “might” attend to the USNA?
I can understand reporting tot he police that you have heard of this rumor but what exactly do you want USNA to do?</p>
