<p>Thanks, JustAMomof4 - with this new ranking I can go over to the USNA site and stir things up a bit!!! 
They will, of course, come up with 20 different ways the US News rankings are biased, miss something, a West Pointer must be running the numbers for them, etc. etc. etc. They should never have stopped teaching Midshipmen how to use a sextant - it’s a slippery slope for them.</p>
