The academic programs and Eclectic Society are appealing to musicians of all levels – partly because they are drawn by an environment that will draw other musicians who find that kind of serious-yet-non-traditional environment to be attractive. It’s no wonder that these collaborations happen and that it’s now feeding on itself. For people who seek out that kind of vibe, it beats a conservatory experience.</p>
