<p>i don’t believe anyone, inlcuding upperclassmen, are authorized to wear the flight suit away from the academy unless they are actively tkaing part in a flight competition or something of that nature. if you are leaving base in uniform, you should be in some sort of blues or mess dress no matter your class, and freshmen have to be in service dress.</p>
