<p>yeah Jellyfish! Im 21 and I had a similar situation. I lost half a year in HS because school starts in August here, but it starts in March where I used to live. and I was already one of theoldes in my old school in South America! By the way, where are you from? if you dont mind me asking</p>

<p>Everyone keeps asking me where I want to go (since I got into Berkeley yesterday) and it tugs on my heart that I haven’t heard from USC yet since I want to go so badly! arghhh!</p>
<p>Also, I took a year off after HS to work full time. Obviously wasn’t for me. :)</p>

<p>and jellyfish- it might be cheaper to live in a dorm, but its not guaranteed but it all depends on your other option (to compare prices)</p>
<p>yea, I love the lil skyline of la…it’s pretty sweet. Anyway I don’t think la has the same stupid law as the current city where I go to school, which prohibits more than 3 girls living together. It states that if there are more than 3 girls livign together, than the household is considered a brothel…how lame is that</p>
<p>noo jellyfish! i think it’s actually better to live off-campus in with more roommates because the cost will be divided among more people. </p>
