USC 2009 transfer thread

Haha yeah sure i dont think we would mind since we need all the support we can get considering the fact that we are all nervous and waiting to hear

mcguigs, i know the deadline to turn in any pending material is June 15th.
So maybe for the people who have all their stuff turned in, June 15th might be the day?

I am excited.
Thanks for the invite…

yeah no problem now i hope we can all support each other when necessary which is the main goal of the club lol. I have kind of come to a conclusion and want to know what everyone thinks.

So since earlier someone said that no SGR applicants have been rejected yet and i was maybe thinking that they are applicants who have a high chance of getting in because i just think that its hard to turn down an applicant who has stayed consistent in grades especially when i have heard that their is some sophomore transfers who have not gotten SGR and some who have already gotten in?

Ahh!!! I was just able to log into deposit!

so…where’s the link for the decisions thread?..
i haven’t stopped thinking about that damn letter for the past week…especially the part where they say admissions decisions rarely turn out differently the next time around…

omg so awesome! congrats iamrecognized!!!

don’t worry fatpanda, i think there were 3 people on this thread who applied a second time around and they were admitted. you never know, so don’t lose faith!

congrats i am! did you get a status update?

thanks marco911^^

today i start my summer classes and a lot of teachers usually ask their students to give a quick rundown of themselves on the first day. i was hoping to say that i will be attending USC in the fall…maybe i still will say it, haha. OR, hopefully, i will be able to log into the deposit page before 4pm :)

Thanks everyone.

No status update; it still says under review.

rejected.

haha ill be one of the brave firsties to do so then grind

greg i am sorry i thought you were gonna be one of the ones to get in i think i read your stats a few times

Greg, Im so sorry to hear that :frowning:
I hope you try again next year, and if not, I’m sure everything will work out for you
I wish you the best!

Greg remember to never give up!~ I think you can still appeal. Best of luck to you.

Merrrrr! I think I was also one of the first to get a SGR in April and I’m still waiting. I’m in my last week at schools thank god but I have NO idea what my grades are because my teachers are so unorganizddddddd crap. Does anyone know if those grade cards have to be in a certain format? Or can they just be on an index card with all the class information grade and teachers signature?
