I called them yesterday and asked them what they considered “mid July” and they were like I’d say around July 15th, but I’m not guaranteeing anything. </p>

<p>Collegehopeful - I’m struggling with calling them too. I don’t want to pester them, but I’m so curious where they are at with my application. Maybe I’ll go for it next Monday, since that could be considered “mid-July”?</p>

<p>Yeah, if you look at the 2008 thread, it was around that time. Supposedly USC was/is trying to move faster this year, though.</p>

<p>HEY GUYS IF ANYONE DID A FINANCIAL AID APPEAL . . .</p>
<p>Has yours been reviewed yet? Did you get additional rewards? Was it a good amount? My appeal has been accepted, but they have not told me how much more money I am getting, and in what format (grants I hope.) I just got the e-mail this morning letting me know that it will change soon. I was told 2 weeks more, max, to find out what it is.</p>

<p>marco, I’m pretty sure it is at the pleasure of USC to move you up. It is not something you can just request. If they do not fill enough openings from the Fall admits, they may offer it to Spring admits, but it is based on their criteria who to extend the offer to.</p>
