it says invalid login when i enter my name and password. is that bad?

@Dainese I wish…I am still on the “We have received and are currently reviewing your application. We recommend you check here occasionally for an update on the status of your application.”
but it’s good to know someone same major as me are getting status change!

No, definitely not bad. Apparently it often only works several days, even a week or so after the package has been sent out. I think that link was a lot more reliable for freshman applicants than transfer. I haven’t seen it work for any transfer applicants yet.

I am freshman applicant that applied to USC, but I dont think the statuses mean anything. Because some students said , " you appliaction has been acted on" have been accepted, then some students who’s said " we are reviewing your application" got accepted also. So guys don’t stress about the status.

@uscGirly: I live near Harbor College! But I went to El Camino for their theatre program, which I’m not even involved in anymore, haha. Also a current freshman. And congrats on the status update, even if we’re not entirely certain what it means in terms of acceptance/how long until you get your package. Good luck!

And good luck to everyone else, too! The waiting is torture. USC is basically my motivation in maintaining my GPA at this point. I don’t think I’ve ever wanted something this badly haha.

i’ve been following this thread for a while & finally decided to post haha
just saw my acceptance for UCLA and am now waiting anxiously to hear back from USC…my status changed either yesterday or today (i’m thinking today) to:

hope this doesnt mean they are going to be wanting a SGR because i soooo won’t be able to wait nor hold off my acceptance to UCLA until mid-july :/
