<p>My opinion: apply to Cinematic Arts if that is what you want, as if you go in undecided it is what you really want. You cannot go in undecided and then declare yourself a cinematic arts major. You would need to do an internal transfer and be accepted into the school. So if that is the school you want, apply now.</p>
