<p>@Brookedavis: Is the scholarship deadline you’re talking about Dec 10? I didn’t even know about the scholarship deadline until after I applied in late December lol sad… =(</p>
<p>I got the DHL email too! but it only like 4 days after getting the forwarded status… could that mean it was a quick rejection?</p>
<p>I know this is somewhat off topic, but I just wanted to ask other people if this is true.
Here’s the rumor:</p>
<p>USC only cares about money, and they will accept you if you’re family is rich.</p>
<p>Any truth to that?</p>
<p>from the information I gave them they have no way to find out if i was rich or not…</p>
<p>even for the financial documents they require from international applicants, I got a new bank account created with just enough money they need to see…</p>
<p>USC is need-blind now… so its not SUPPOSED to only accept you if you’re wealthy… im not sure if that still affects the decision though off the records.</p>
<p>I think in the past it wasn’t need-blind so thats probably where rumors are coming from</p>
