<p>it’s really hard to transfer into sca but it IS possible, just very very hard. but you could always do a film/tv minor and take a lot of production classes that way.</p>

<p>if you’re wondering what major to put down, something in communications would probably be a good bet if you really want to go into the entertainment industry after graduation. i don’t know about usc’s connections in communications exactly, but i think with a communications major and a cinema minor from usc…job prospects would probably be pretty good for the film industry. just taking a lot of classes in sca (and having a minor in cinema) will probably get you some good connections in the film industry if film is really your thing and you make it a point to make connections, work on films in and out of class, etc. just my two cents, though.</p>
