Did anyone receive financial aid notification? If not, what time is it coming out?
@JimBurles2189 I didn’t get an e-mail but my aid was on the USC Portal. Financial Aid is out if you turned your forms in on time! 
Wait so what is the award that i receive?
Im kind of confused on what part is the actual reward and how much i will have to pay based on the financial aid that was posted
@18yrcollegemin Indeed… they haven’t a clue unless they have been there in-person and experienced it.
I made it a point to tour the schools including Duke through Brown during late December and January for that exact reason… so they could each see what it would be like walking from their dorm and to and from various campus buildings in the snow, slush and winter weather. I think that it basically cured them on northeast aspirations
It must be coming out in batches – financial aid forms were in super early, no action required, but still shows as pending. Argh, must be a slow roll out?
And FA is not posted for everyone yet. It is a roll-out process as they complete them…
@Moe1352 The Gift Money is from USC which you don’t need to pay back. The money you HAVE to pay back after you graduate are the loans.

A question for Presidential and Trustee scholarship recipients (or any other university scholarship recipients!): if you’ve received your financial aid summary, was the scholarship denoted separately from “University Grant”?

@hsscholar765 No… but you may. It just depends when it was deemed fully complete. They are finalizing 1000s of them.

However, it seems notifications only go out to those who receive it, (and you hear nothing if you don’t), so hard to say when they may or may not hear anything. Please give me a heads-up if your D receives notification. Thanks!

@WWWard great, thanks! I was kind of expecting them to only show options you are able to select, but after seeing one I knew I wasn’t eligible for, I figured I should make sure I didn’t pick something else I couldn’t have mistakenly.
