Why you think you were accepted/deferred/rejected: I do not think I talked enough about my dual enrollment program that I am in that allows me to obtain my associates degree in biology before graduating high school. I have a 4.0 GPA in college, having taken extremely difficult courses, and I don’t even think the admissions officers knew that. It just seemed like I shied away from AP classes, when in reality I was taking crazy hard classes at my local college. I really could have done a better job of explaining myself…
Where else you are applying or have already applied: I got into all the other colleges I applied to (not many) but I will probably end up at UT
General Comments/Advice/Hindsight: Work really hard on those essays and don’t be afraid to be yourself! Stats aren’t everything
