this is in the information section, if you go to academic year 2023-2024, then go to document library, and then press the “appeal concerning increase in estimated cost of attendace” are you seeing this

Instructions:
You may be eligible for a budget increase if your actual school-related expenses are more than the cost of attendance we have calculated for you. The types of budget increases we can consider are listed on the Financial Aid website under Special Circumstances & Appeals. If approved, budget increases are typically funded with PLUS loans or private financing. These funding sources may require applicants to meet certain credit requirements.
Before you submit a request, we ask that you visit studentloans.gov to review your current loan debt and consider how this additional loan may affect your repayments after graduation.
Once you have completed and submitted the appeal form, you will be notified by email if any additional documentation is required.
If you are asked to submit additional information, be sure to include your name and USC ID number on all documents.

i believe you pressed on the orange colored “i” under document information. Try going to the link itself by pressing the words “appeal concerning increase in estimated cost of attendance”. Do you see this?

we are yes but it seems like 2023-2024 documents have some information. This is just me speculating
On 23-24 I have the same thing. What is this April thing others reported?
