<p>So, basically, most of us are still awaiting our letters, slowly (and some not so quietly) losing our minds. I see.</p>

<p>Missworld, I think so, I know some people who got SGR around this time last year. But I think MOST of us will be getting acceptance or rejection (hopefully not) letters from now on.</p>
<p>Damn, from reading your guys’ posts, it looks like admissions is not up to date on receiving the Spring grades. I’ll just wait until tomorrow to call, this is getting ridiculous…</p>
<p>usc24- A lot of people received spring grade requests and are in the process of, if they’ haven’t already, turning them in because their finals are over. Maybe that’s causing the backup.</p>

<p>EDIT: Admissions told me last week I should expect an update by today, so I’ll just wait patiently until tomorrow to call them and follow up.</p>
<p>So now that I have an SGR coming, who actually or usually requests it. Is it requested by the main admissions office, the professional school’s office (Annenberg), or both?</p>
<p>My status hasn’t changed. I’m not too worried because I found out I was accepted to NYU. NYU is looking nice. Its a lot closer to home than USC and its in NYC! The only problem is it costs too much. I might make the decision to go to NYU before USC even gives me a decision. We’ll see…</p>

<p>OK, on AVERAGE, it should only take 1-3 business days to go to “acted on” from the third status, right? i’m submitting my SIR tonight for UCLA (had to wait for the SLR stuff) and i ordered transcripts on friday for them, so they should get everything by june 2nd. i’m hoping my SIR is all for not, but i can’t wait much longer for USC to make a decision since it takes 2-3 days for the SIR to post on myUCLA.</p>
