<p>Me too, DJS3CA. This is beyond ridiculous…but I think it’s probably a good thing that we haven’t heard yet - it could very well mean a spring admit or possibly second choice major.</p>
<p>I just called one of the admissions counslers</p>
<p>she didn’t seem to want to talk</p>
<p>didn’t even take my information - just asked one question “did you submit your spring grades”</p>
<p>“yes”</p>
<p>“okay you’ll receive the decision sometime next week”</p>
<p>I can imagine the adcom is probably feeling the pressure by now. I’m just trying to be patient.</p>
<p>@Seojack. I’m sure that means that they sent a letter already. The general trend so far is that when your status is changed (usually "Unable to process), the letter has been sent already.</p>
<p>I compulsively log into the OASIS page to see my status and it’s always the same…<em>Sigh</em></p>
<p>Here is a list of those of us who are still waiting. I’m not sure how accurate it is so let me know if there is something I need to change or add :)</p>

<p>orchid: i got a status update friday: we are unable to process blah blah blah.</p>
<p>My status page says Part 1 and Part 2 application while they received my Spring grades 6/17. I spoke to an admission counselor today asking for my status and she said that they pulled my file on 7/14 (today) for review. So, they are finally reviewing it, question is how long will they take. She also said they will have all the decisions out by the end of this week…I dont think it’s true…but I hope Im wrong!</p>
<p>JWP07 - That’s exactly what I was told last Tuesday, that they’ll have all decisions made by this Friday the 18th. She made sure to emphasize that as made, not mailed.</p>

<p>JWP07 - they are no longer updating the status page on usc.edu. have you tried checking your status on OASIS? Hopefully they will have made a decision on your file by the end of the day!</p>

<p>I’ve tried logging in earlier today, nothing happens. Plus, the counselor told me no decision has been made yet and it takes a couple of days for my file to be reviewed, which I think is BS.</p>
<p>My status on OASIS just changed to “We are unable to process the status of your application at this time. Please try again later, or Contact Us with any questions or concerns you might have.”</p>

<p>JWP - i agree that it is bs. and you probably can’t log in because they haven’t processed everything…a couple of people were accepted and could not log in even after they had received their packages in the mail, so don’t worry!</p>

<p>kmzizzle is right. That person probably didn’t do most of their pre-reqs or GE classes. No, I don’t think the professional schools offer Spring Admission. But I’m not 100% sure about that.</p>
<p>I’m really annoyed! It seems like every applicant who has gotten the “We are unable to…” status change has received a letter of acceptance a few days later…yet that has been my status for two and a half weeks! I’ve contacted the office of admission who responded with just “Your application is complete” and my regional counselor e-mailed me back saying “Ignore the status. You will be receiving a decision in the next few weeks.” </p>
<p>I don’t know what to make of this, and I’m going to stop thinking about USC, the status changes, and just wait in the mail for…something!</p>
