USC ID for supplement?

Are you applying to a program that requires a supplement? Or by supplement do you mean your recommendation, transcript and unofficial score reports?

Yes, your application materials may be submitted in a larger envelope and mailed together. Be sure your official transcript and recomendation(s) are sealed.

If you cannot locate your USC ID#, use your name and birthdate - they will match it up with those. Other current applicants who have not yet submitted appear to have access to their USC ID#, so you might want to ask on the USC forum [University of Southern California - College Confidential](University of Southern California - College Confidential Forums) to see where you can find it. In the past it has displayed at the top left after you log into your application.

Post #8 here http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/university-southern-california/952301-new-applicant-toolkit.html?highlight=applicant+toolkit+2011</a> contains links to PDF versions of the forms that you can use instead of the ones that will be available in 3-5 days.

Good luck!
