<p>Thank you very much! By supplement I meant both the 3 forms and the materials for a specific department. Should I send those seperately?
The department of cinematic arts asks for recommendation letters. Does this mean I have copy another set of letters or can I use the same one on page 4?</p>
<p>Another question I have for the supplements is do the essays have the be in a specific format? (font, size, spacing?) </p>
<p>Also it asks to attach a word document (with the URL to my visual sample) to the online application. Where is this? Can I just burn it onto a CD and send it with the rest?</p>
