<p>Hmm… alamemom sent this to me. Last year I mailed in all of my stuff in a big yellow envelope, with one piece of paper that had a url to my visual sample and nothing else on it… I didn’t upload anything using the online portal. 
Maybe if you add a note onto the end of another supplement like “visual sample can be found here: —”?</p>
