Rushing might not be helpful. I’ve read on CC that it can actually slow down the process of score reporting in the worst case, and does little to speed it up at best. I have no personal experience with this, but it’s been reported by some. USC likely gets the scores electronically, which means they can get them quickly, so it might be sufficient to simply indicate that you’ve taken the test and hope to have your scores considered. You could do that in an email to your regional admissions officer.
