Your counselor can use it for the secondary school report and your teacher can use it for a teacher recommendation. Print out two (or more) copies.</p>
<p>It is perfectly fine to mail in those forms. In fact, for recommendations, that is still USC’s preferred method of receipt.</p>
<p>Your mid-year report will consist of entering your grades online and mailing or faxing a copy of your report card - easy! No form is required.</p>
