<p>It depends what kind of BFA program you’re looking for. I believe I’m correct in saying that USC focusses mostly on the drama aspect of theater, and they do not have a musical theater major. The theater department at USC is a lot smaller at NYU. Dependant on the person, this could be good or bad. More resources, experiences, and connections are probably availavble from Tisch because of its expanse offerings, but USC offers a much more concentrated and individualized program. It is really your own preference. Either school is excellent. Just stand out, and you’ll do well.</p>
