no. It is highly doubtful that you would be accepted over applicants who have NOT already received a bachelors degree.

you have already attended college at USC and elsewhere. USC will know that.
As a transfer student, which is what you would be if you were accepted and you returned to USC, you would then be required to take any required classes at USC in order to graduate.
