<p>If money is truly not an issue, than I would choose USC. You can always work the fall semester to make a little extra money or attend a Community College to keep on track with your peers at USC. Just make sure you contact your counselor at USC if you choose to do this so you can make sure the classes you enroll in are going to be accepted at USC </p>
