<p>bmom - Does that mean your son had four different teachers fill the forms out? Or two different teachers filled two forms (the Report + Recommendation Letter) each?</p>
<p>No, I did not receive the USC ID stickers yet. I am going to call the admissions office tomorrow and ask them how to get the stickers, but from what I heard, they tell you to write your name/birthdate or SSN in the box instead.</p>
