you guys are bad…lol :)

True, I must be thinking of another drink.

Dude, that sound system would be pretty ****ing sweet. We all gotta get in now so that we can stop talking about what we’re gonna do and actually do it.

ok here’s the deal. i have one more week of school then 3 days of finals. let’s get this overwith, we all keep each other posted, then if we (hopefully get in) we plan things out over summer.

Sounds like a plan.

Now if I don’t get in, I’m gonna be even more ****ed than before.

yes, i will definitely keep you all posted as to what happens.

if we do get in, we are definitely doing all of that stuff, and then some!

yeahhhh!

I submitted my housing form last Friday by Priority mail so they should have it tomorrow…I am also going to call them tomorow and see how the situation looks as far as transfer housing (maybe they will give me my choices / room…ect)…I will definietly pass on the information to you guys…

hell yeah dude…

In the midst of all this talk of partying I almost forgot that fall at SC= Football.

I heard their team was pretty good, heh.

yeah…we all need to get hooked up with that spirit card thing

yeah def- 120 bucks for access to all sporting events… Although I have no intention to going to any Basketball games- Maybe a few baseball games though.

all the football games FOR SURE. i mean, why would you not?

golden, they’re opening up a beautiful new basketball arena called the Galen center in september, so a few basketball games seem to be in order!

oh yeah? in that case, I might just have to make it out to a game even though I hate basketball.

ahhh you guys got me so hyped up.

“Has anyone recieved the grade request, turned grades in, and then get rejected?!”

i received a grade request, my spring grades were about .2 higher than my fall semester (3.85 and 3.67, respectively) turned in my spring grades, and just got rejected today. I’m out of state, applied as a psychology major, probably a bad choice.

el- sorry bro, but that freaks me out cuz my Term GPA was way lower than my regular :/

haha, well if you are going by me, that SHOULDN’T make you nervous… apparently improvement is a bad thing :o

hahaha…

What was your overall transfer GPA and were you missing any major Pre-Req’s?

anybody here get into sc and have nothing about theri financial aid package on the SIG wesbite even though you submitted fafsa or CSS Profile well in advance of the deadline?

Okay you guys…like I said last night…I would update you all on the housing situation…(I spoke to the lady in charge of all the decisions)

They have plenty of rooms for ALL of the transfers that get admitted this fall…yes, I was surprised to hear that as well…however, Parkside suites are full and so are a few others…

they do have room in Manor and rooms in the Troy Hall triple rooms if you don’t mind those…(however Troy Hall is the most requested apartment) just remember that they can’t process your application without your 300 enrollment fee and your 30 housing app fee…

so, don’t worry, they will have plenty of space if you get accepted…they said that they planned out the % accepted with the % that need housing and that anyone who needs it will probably get it…so, you can take your time with your decision…

the only problem is transportation…permits sold out a few days after they were released…so you might not be able to bring your car until the spring semester parking lottery goes up again…

well, that is all the news I found out…I hope this helps you guys…

Shaunwhite, same thing happened to me; I still haven’t received my financial aid. Without it, I can’t do anything.

my overall transfer GPA was a 3.74 I think, and what were the pre-reqs exactly? I never took any writing courses at college however I tested out of W131, I wasn’t given credit for it but I was allowed to be exempt from any requirements to take it at the college I was going to. I took math through calc.
