<p>I turned my grades in on the 23rd. It actually only took me until the 26th to hear via them sending me an email about my financial aid… and then thanks to this thread knowing about OASIS and being able to log in and see I had been given transfer credit for my classes… However, I have not gotten an official letter from them yet.</p>
<p>well i got in touch with my rep she said if she was the one making the decision it would be made already but because i applied to Annenberg its taking a lot longer for them to make a decision. She said she was going to try one last ditch effort to get them to make a decision today. It doesn’t look good. I just sent my current school a letter requesting my 300 deposit back. If id ont get in and I have to go back to my current school I’ll apply for housing and crash at my fraternity house until I get it. I think there is a decent chance Ill get accepted and Im not gonna risk losing the 300 because I’ll need that for an admission deposit if I do get in. The saga continues for at least another week. <p>Okay, so I received an email from SC telling me about my financial aid package and I’m able to log onto OASIS and check it on there as well. Please, please, please, tell me that I’m in. Its got to be a good sign right, or the worst freaking joke ever.</p>
<p>no one has been able to do that and been rejected so I’d say its a good sign, congrats strmadden.</p>
<p>strmadden, click on your Star Report in Oasis… see if it has your major declared and classes migrated over. And… yeah, I doubt they’d give us money if we’re rejected 
Welcome my fellow economist… now we just have to wait for our letters to get here… Actually, I guess that means I’ll be seeing you at orientation.</p>

<p>Yesterday I recieved a verbal understanding/deal that given my circumstances, I would recive my decision over the phone today, if my letter did not arrive. Well, it has not arrived. </p>
<p>Now it seems that my understanding/deal has been somewhat altered. </p>
<p>The USC representative told be that she must first get the ‘ok’ from the Director of Admissions. She told me that she will call me back TODAY, to inform me if USC is willing to be flexible with their ‘no decisions over the phone’ policy.</p>
<p>So I’ll give it a few hours. I need to know by 3PM CST (in order to cancel my Temple University housings arragement, classes, etc. by their close of business 5PM EST).</p>
<p>With any luck they will call me back by 3PM CST. If they do not, I will call them. GO TIME.</p>

<p>mrpuppy- Well I can’t check my Star Report on Oasis. I can check my financial aid package though, with the grants and loans and all that good stuff. Although at the bottom of the financial aid page, it says my course of study is Econ, B.A. I’ll be waiting by the mail today though since the rep said my decision went out on Tuesday and I only live 20 minutes away from SC.</p>
<p>Cool, bet they just completed your stuff, it took about a day before I could see my Star Report after I got the financial aid email… and yeah, they show your declared major in Oasis… you’re in… Congrats! 
Oh and I live about 10 mins from SC 
and I’ve been waiting all week by my mailbox… sigh… hopefully today.</p>

<p>I haven’t heard from him today, but he did say he’d call as soon as he heard something… so… hopefully soon. Yeah, I really want to know what’s up with him to. I was so shocked he got a letter requesting his grades from Marshall… knowing he had a 3.2. Must have been a killer essay or something.</p>
<p>REJECTION. Just found out by phone.</p>
