<li><p>a school where i would have an easier time communicating with my professors… no TA’s to stand in the way…</p></li>
<li><p>opportunities to intern, co-op and research were plenty</p></li>
<li><p>i’m a musician, so probably something where i’d be able to use my musical abilities… perhaps a minor in the arts?</p></li>
<li><p>help when i need it (most important out of all)</p></li>
<li><p>safety… is this really a problem at usc? or is it just the rivalry speaking here?</p></li>
<li><p>my whole life revolved around a small town, so now i want to experience the city and what it offers… </p></li>
</ol>
<p>here in the east coast i looked at:
WPI - medium sized, great feel… good fit for me
BU - right in the city, no campus… not that much of a fit… but not opposed to it</p>
<p>so yeah… i know i’ll be fine wherever i go, but i want the disconnect to go away… my mind is at ucla, but my heart is at usc… </p>
<p>last but not least, friendships… is it easier to make new friends at either school?</p>
