USC vs. NYU vs. GWU

My suggestion is to try to determine, if you can, which area of international relations you are interested in. If you are more interested in the Pacific Rim-Asia, then go to USC. If you are more interested in international relations as it effects government in Washington DC, then consider GW. I think NY is (used to be?) investment finance capital and international relations would be more geared towards the business side at NYU-but I don’t know this for a fact. GWU and NYU are very urban without a real campus like USC. You really should think about which side of international relations you want to focus on (government-go to GW, business finance-NYU, Pacific Rim-USC). I hope this makes sense.
