Using TOPS for summer school

<p>I’m not a Louisiana resident, but here is info from the LSU financial aid page, with a link to another TOPS-related site:

<p>I would guess that if a HS student didn’t take TOPS and attend college in La., the money is no longer available. Also, LSU’s scholarship info for transfer students doesn’t indicate that TOPS is an option for them. </p>
