<p>What “advice” the only thing your post contains is vitrolic spew from a guy whose mind and thoughts are now clearly lay bare your intent to cast aspersions on an institution as fine as the one you intend to defend in such a dishonorable fashion - the USNA. Further if you really read and understood the various GAO reports on the subject you’d understand the “mess” has been cleaned up and the requested/recommended increases ion funding for USMMA in the DOT budget are to address years of chronic underfunding which was one of the underlying causes for the issues.</p>
