guess we should all hear back by tomorrow? i honestly probably got rejected so i dont really care; also i already paid my deposit to start at UW seattle for compsci!!!
@cercit20 you canāt be so sure about that. I also still havenāt heard back, so scared.
Well there goes tonights sleep too
Any CS 4.0s waiting to hear back?
I know we had a list going on. Cleanshoes and utcshopeful both got accepted at the end of April, I havenāt heard of any CS responses on this thread since then besides international a couple weeks ago.
No Iām a EE with a 3.7 gpa, but Iām a veteran and wrote one of my essays on my deployment. Iām really hoping the veteran card works
Why am I like literally the only engineering applicant with a GPA under 3.9? I mean after spring I have a 3.91 but like I canāt use that unless I appeal so itās so annoying that like everyone has gotten insane GPAs for my Cockrell. Hopefully thereās like a rut of aerospace applicants and I get in on space alone although thatād be something.
@aznhunnielover mines a 3.7. Donāt feel bad lol. I applied to cockrellās electrical engineering program
@jumpo69 CS 4.0 boi here, still nothing
Has anyone with anything less than a 3.5 actually been accepted ?
@aznhunnielover 3.75 for biomed.
CNS and still havenāt heard back. This is so nerve racking. I feel like at this point I should just prepare myself for disappointment but Iām trying to be hopeful lol.
Seems like, according to last yearās applicants, some people heard back at the latest on the weekend of the 17th. That would correspond to this weekend.
IS anyone getting sloshed af right now in preparation
@zfol32 That comes tomorrow, either to celebrate or drink the pain away.
@zfol32 Made an account just to say YES. This waiting is some kind of twisted psychological torture.
Is it certain they will tell us today or that just their goal?
Also, Iām CS 3.85, from A&M, good essays, good resume, 1 LOR, 60 hrs. Tās and Gās
Daughter is an internal transfer from Moody RTF to Geology. Question is if she doesnāt get accepted into Geology do they keep her in her original college and major?
To my knowledge, they put her in general studies where she then applies again or applies to another major. Youāre only allowed to be in GS for 4 semesters, then you must go into a major. @momtomine Itās like a temporary āno majorā.
