UT austin 2017/2018 Transfer Thread

Anything?

Nada

good luck those who are still in review . any one who knows how to process an appeal? Got denied on 6.1 and want to make the final effort.

SHAME

I like to imagine the admissions office has spent a few months just chilling on Netflix and just now realized they have obligations

CNS 4.0 still waiting.

Don’t you
Forget about me
Dont dont dont
Dont you
Forget about meeee

So a few not too factual facts but more accurate than UT Admissions is on their published deadline.

2016/2017 Thread - Roughly 120 ppl on the list & 37 of them recieved their decision after 6/15 which from what I can tell was the deadline last year. Thursday 6/15/17 comments where the same as today’s…frustrated and referencing UT not making their deadline. Friday 6/17 saw about 25 more decisions and Saturday 6/17 about 12 to finish out the list.

2018/2019 Thread - Roughly 128 ppl (64 accepted & 19 denied so far approx.) leaving about 45 No Decisions, a number of people will wake up Longhorns tomorrow more than likely.

However, you maybe lighter $300-500 in your wallet if you have to accept another school before midnight tonight and pay a deposit, then end up getting in and going to UT. Assume UT will give you a $500 scholarship to cover that as an apology:)))))

What is SAN?

Are they done tonight then? I don’t think many other are getting notified.

only 1 hour!

@momtomine Secure Academic Note. All important messages from UT are delivered to current students via SAN
This is how internal transfer decisions are released.
Last month, I got my internal transfer decision via this message:
“Dear student-

Congratulations! Your application for Internal Transfer into
Chemical Engineering at the Cockrell School of Engineering for Fall
2018 has been approved. There are TWO crucial steps that you must
take in order to complete this process. “

Oops

Has anybody else been accepted recently?

I think they’re done for the night unless anyone has gotten anything recently

I was accepted into Moody for Communication Studies (Human Relations) at around 6 PM! ACC student, 31 hours, 3.58, 2 LOR, Decent essays, 300+ volunteer hours. Good luck to those of y’all still waiting, hang in there!

@benglassy it’s been almost two hours, they’re done.

It’ll be tomorrow or Monday.

@scientist 89

Thank you!

I’m still waiting for my CS decision

Still nothing from rtf
