UT doesn’t look at SAT/ACT for transfers. Why do you want to change from ISU to UT? ISU has great engineering programs with really good internship opportunities and job placement. I have a 4th year computer science student there. My youngest is applying as a transfer to UT. Your 4.0 will definitely help but the engineering program at UT is crazy competitive.
