<p>also, w&m’s top 10% has never “usually been 89%”. look for yourself at the past CDSs for w&m. 1997 - 71% top 10%, 1998 - 74%, 1999 - 79%, 2000 - 74%, 2001 - 83%. 79% isn’t exactly “off.”</p>
