@Montaye yeah, mine says the same thing as yours
I was deferred from EA and people started seeing COA in their financial aid tab but I did not. Now, my portal shows the COA along with some other things that weren’t there before the EA decisions came out. I don’t want to get my hopes up but it seemed like people started seeing similar things before decisions came out.
What are you seeing in the COA tab?
Under “Financial Aid” it shows: need summary, COA, and expected family contribution. In COA it shows estimated costs for books, housing, travel, tuition, etc.
That’s a good sign for you, I think. Hopefully for my son, they are still rolling that out over the next couple of days. 
Mine doesn’t have any of those changes. Also deferred EA.
My son (EA deferred from New York) has had all those items under “Financial Aid” since mid-December, but nothing has changed since then. The only thing that changed was the request for mid-year grades, which disappeared mid-Feb after self-reporting them. Waiting anxiously, and keeping our fingers crossed.
Do when know when RD decisions were released last year? Maybe to help predict for this year?
Last year was 3/21, so I’d expect we hear this Thursday.
Thursday? Not Friday?
3/21 was a Thursday last year, so I assume the same day of the week this year.

It looks like people started getting notifications on Wednesday, March 20th last year. Maybe we’ll hear tonight!
