i want to say based on previous years it’s usually later in the week (thurs/fri?) but i could be totally making things up. usually it’s closer to president’s day iirc (you can look at previous r/a2c vanderbilt RD threads and check the dates on comments)

last year was 2/13 year before was 2/14. typically the Monday. Pre Covid it was much later— last week of February into first week of March. Not sure if they’ll push it forward again.

i dont know if you are telling the truth. in an article from the newspaper of vandy, they said they will release mosaic after decisions. the dean of admissions said this. Diversity in Vanderbilt admissions post-affirmative action and 2024 U.S. News ranking - The Vanderbilt Hustler

I promise you I called admissions today. I called around 1:30 PM today and as of then, a lady spoke to me and said something along the lines of, “Yes, invitees to the MOSAIC program are still expected to be informed mid-February.”

If you don’t believe it, please go ahead and email or call admissions tomorrow. I am simply sharing what I was told earlier today.

I think ED2 comes out sometime this week (probably from Wednesday - Friday). Here is a list of when it has come out in the past

I just called admissions and the lady that answered didn’t seem fully sure about when decisions come out but said that they “should be before the regular admissions decisions.”

I emailed them yesterday regarding an update on MOSAIC. I received a generic reply directing me to the Vanderbilt website.

I also emailed my state admissions rep at Vandy, asking the same. Previously he would respond immediately. I have not heard back as of today.

I am not sure what to think. Waiting is hard. It’s just a matter of time and patience. I am sure all of us have worked very hard and deserve the best. Whether it is Vandy or else where, i am sure we will do great at any school we choose.
