vandy vs mcgill + asians

ummm… are you ****ting me?

Grading difficulty is pretty fair but it’s extremely difficult for A&S kids, we actually deflate grade a little bit here. But that only means a 3.2 from Vandy is way more impressive than a 3.2 from Harvard(grade inflation much?).

As far as the Asian males missing out, if you’re gonna be the typical Asian male, yea you’ll miss out. But that goes at ANY university. By that I mean being nerdy, a loner, and antisocial. If you have a bright personality and like making friends people here aren’t going to look down on you because you’re asian. Of course some of the Asians hang out together, but that happens at any school. My point is that it’s very easy to have a fantastic experience and enjoy your time at Vandy. I’m a rising sophomore and would not have traded Vanderbilt for any school. Of course I’m biased because I attend, but think whatever you wish.
