<p>I sent a letter basically begging them to let me in, with a list of things I had done since sending in my app and my senior grades etc. They specifically say not to bombard them with emails and communications, and to appear intelligent even in your passionate pleas for love. There was an article in the New York Times or something like that last year about dealing with being waitlisted, and Vassar was quoted saying that they hated continuous communication and hated when people wrote to them just saying
“I love you i love you i love you i love you”
Which is what I was tempted to do, but luckily did not do. As you can see I did freakish amounts of research for this, so if you have questions I’d be glad to try to answer. Good luck to all!!</p>
